The narrator reports from his mother, who reports from her maternal uncle Sayyiduna Habib bin Fuwayk (may Allah be pleased with him), that his father took him along to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), while the father's two eyes had turned white and he could not see anything with them. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What happened to him?" He said: I was driving my camel when my feet fell upon snake eggs, and my sight was afflicted. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) blew into his eye and he began to see. Sayyiduna Habib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I saw him threading a needle although he was eighty years old and both his eyes were white.
