Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 320 — It was said to Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas: Why do

Ibn Sirin said: It was said to Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him): Why do you not fight (in the trial)? You are one of the members of the Shura, and you are more entitled to this matter than others. He said: "I will not fight until you bring me a sword that has two eyes, a tongue and two lips, which can tell the believer from the disbeliever. I have fought jihad before, and I know jihad well."
