al-Hakam bin Sufyan al-Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3166 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ urinated, then

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الضَّرِيرُ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ أَوْ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ بْنِ سَنَانٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَالَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَنَضَحَ فَرْجَهُ»
It is narrated from al-Hakam, or Abu al-Hakam bin Sinan, (may Allah be pleased with him) that "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) urinated, then performed ablution and sprinkled water over his private part."
