al-Hakam bin Sufyan al-Thaqafi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3164 — he saw the Prophet ﷺ perform ablution

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ ثَقِيفٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ الْحَكَمُ أَوْ أَبُو الْحَكَمِ أَنَّهُ «رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ كَفًّا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَنَضَحَ بِهِ ثِيَابَهُ»
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) from Banu Thaqif, who was called al-Hakam or Abu al-Hakam, that he "saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) perform ablution; then he took a handful of water and sprinkled it over his clothes."
