Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 3117 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشُّعَيْثِيُّ، عَنْ زُفَرَ بْنِ وَثِيمَةَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُسْتَقَادَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، أَوْ تُنْشَدَ فِيهَا الْأَشْعَارُ، أَوْ تُقَامَ فِيهَا الْحُدُودُ»
Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that retaliation (qisas) be taken in the mosques, or that poetry be recited in them, or that the prescribed punishments (hudud) be carried out in them."
