حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ الصَّفَّارُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّهُ كَانَ يُشْبِهُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»
The father of Asim bin Kulayb narrated: Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) was mentioned in the presence of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), and he said: "He used to resemble the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)."
