حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ، ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأُمَوِيُّ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ: «كَانَ إِذَا قَدِمَتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْوُفُودُ دَعَاهُمْ فَبَاهَاهُمْ بِي»
Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When delegations came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace and blessings be upon him) would call them and take pride in me before them."
