Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2350 — The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Islam

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُسَامَةَ الدَّقَّاقُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، ثنا سَوْرَةُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِي اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «بُنِيَ الْإِسْلَامُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ، وَصَوْمِ رَمَضَانِ»
Sayyiduna Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Islam is built upon five things: testifying that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah, establishing the prayer, paying the zakah, performing Hajj to the House (of Allah), and fasting Ramadan."
