Abu Ishaq al-Sabii from al-Shabi from Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2332 — the Prophet ﷺ said: When a slave runs

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a slave runs away to the enemy, the bond of protection is withdrawn from him."
