حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا جَامِعٌ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ، قَالَ: " كَانَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَارِسَانِ: الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَلَى فَرَسٍ عَلَى الْمَيْمَنَةِ، وَالْمِقْدَادُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ عَلَى فَرَسٍ عَلَى الْمَيْسَرَةِ "
Al-Bahi said: On the day of Badr there were two horsemen with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): al-Zubayr bin al-Awwam on a horse on the right flank, and al-Miqdad bin al-Aswad on a horse on the left flank.
