Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2224 — We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَارُودِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا أُسَيْدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، ثنا عَامِرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ الْقُمِّيُّ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَطَلَعَ الْقَمَرُ فَقَالَ: «لَتَنْظُرُونَ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ لَا تُضَامُونَ فِي رُؤْيَتِهِ كَمَا تَنْظُرُونَ إِلَى الْقَمَرِ»
Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) when the moon rose, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You will certainly see your Lord; you will have no difficulty in seeing Him, just as you see the moon."
