Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 21586 — Sayyidah Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah came

Hafsah bint Sirin said: Sayyidah Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) came to us in Basrah and said: May my father and mother be sacrificed for him, meaning the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "He (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to bring out, on the two Eids, the young unmarried girls, the women kept in seclusion and the menstruating women; as for the menstruating women, they would keep away from the place of prayer but would attend the good and the supplication of the Muslims."
