حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَهْبِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْمَاجِشُونُ، عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ، قَالَتْ: أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأُمِّ حَبِيبٍ بِنْتِ الْعَبَّاسِ وَهِيَ صُبَيَّةٌ، فَوَضَعْتُهَا فِي حِجْرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَالَتْ فَلَكَمَتْ فِي ظَهْرِهَا، ثُمَّ احْتَمَلَتْهَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَهْ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فَصَبَّهُ عَلَى مَبَالِهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «اسْلُكُوا بِالْمَاءِ فِي سَبِيلِ الْمَبُولِ»
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), from Umm al-Fadl (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: I brought Umm Habib bint al-Abbas, who was a little girl, to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I placed her in the lap of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She (the girl) urinated, and at that she was struck on her back, then she was picked up. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, do not do that." Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) called for a cup of water and poured it over the place of the urine, then he said: "Let the water flow along the path of the urine."
