Jamil bin Basrah al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him), Abu Basrah; also called Hamil and Khamil, but Jamil is correct
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2145 — he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مُجَبَّرٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ جَمِيلٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَا تُضْرَبُ الْمَطَايَا إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ: مَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَمَسْجِدِي هَذَا، وَمَسْجِدِ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jamil al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Mounts are not to be driven except to three mosques: al-Masjid al-Haram, this mosque of mine, and the mosque of Bayt al-Maqdis."
