Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2092 — from a cousin of his from Banu Tamim

ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ، عَنْ جَارِيَةَ بْنِ قُدَامَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَمٍّ لَهُ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ .
Sayyiduna Jariyah bin Qudamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from a cousin of his from Banu Tamim that he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Then the narrator related a similar hadith.
