حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، وَعَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالُوا: ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ: لَمَّا أُصِيبَ جَعْفَرٌ أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «تَسْكُنِي ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ اصْنَعِي مَا شِئْتِ»
Sayyidah Asma' bint Umays (may Allah be pleased with her) said: When Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me, saying: "Stay in for three days, then do as you wish."
