Hisham bin Urwah from Fatimah — Chapter
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20681 — a woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and said
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، إِنَّ ابْنَتِي عَرُوسٌ، وَقَدْ أَخَذَتْهَا الْحَصْبَةُ فَتَسَاقَطَ شَعْرُهَا أَفَأَصِلُهَا؟ فَقَالَ: «لَعَنَ اللهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Prophet of Allah! My daughter is a bride, and she has caught measles, as a result of which her hair has fallen out. May I attach hair to it? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah curse the woman who attaches hair extensions and the woman who has them attached."
