Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20679 — a woman came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ ابْنَتِي عَرُوسٌ وَقَدْ أَصَابَهَا حَصْبَةٌ فَتَمَزَّقَ شَعْرُهَا أَفَأَصِلُهَا؟ فَقَالَ: «لَعَنَ اللهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: My daughter is a bride, and she has caught measles, as a result of which her hair has fallen out. May I attach hair to it? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah curse the woman who attaches hair extensions and the woman who has them attached."
