حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، قَالَتْ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُلْتِ: لَيْسَ لِي مَالٌ إِلَّا شَيْءٌ يُدْخِلُهُ الزُّبَيْرُ قَالَ: «ارْضَخِي وَلَا تُوكِي فَيُوكَى عَلَيْكِ»
Sayyidah Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); I said: I have no wealth except what al-Zubayr brings. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Keep giving a little, and do not tie up the mouth of your purse, otherwise it will be tied up against you."
