Sayyidah Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the sun was eclipsed in the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up to pray. He (peace and blessings be upon him) stood for a long time, then bowed for a long time, then raised his head, then prostrated, then stood for a long time, then raised his head, then prostrated, then stood for less than the standing before it, then bowed for less than the bowing before it, then raised his head and prostrated. Then he addressed the people and said: "There is nothing that I had not been shown except that I have now seen it, even Paradise and Hell." Then he said: "It has been revealed to me that you will be tried in your graves with a trial close to the trial of the Masih al-Dajjal (the False Messiah)."
