Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 2046 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: This Ummah

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عِقَالٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَا: ثنا زُهَيْرٌ، ثنا زِيَادُ بْنُ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَزَالُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةُ مُسْتَقِيمٌ أَمْرُهَا ظَاهِرَةٌ عَلَى عَدُوِّهَا حَتَّى يَمْضِيَ مِنْهُمُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ» فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ أَتَتْهُ قُرَيْشٌ، قَالُوا: ثُمَّ يَكُونُ مَاذَا؟ قَالَ: «ثُمَّ يَكُونُ الْهَرْجُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This Ummah will remain upright in its affairs and dominant over its enemy until twelve caliphs have passed among them, all of them from Quraysh." When he (peace and blessings be upon him) returned to his house, Quraysh came to him (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked: "Then what will happen?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then there will be turmoil (harj)."
