حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي فَزَارَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ» ، وَكَانَتْ خَالَتِي
Yazid bin al-Asamm said: Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) told me that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married her while he (peace and blessings be upon him) was out of the state of ihram; and she was my maternal aunt.
