حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، أَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ بِنْتُ الْحَارِثِ، زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا حِذَاءَهُ، وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَنِي ثَوْبُهُ إِذَا سَجَدَ»
Sayyidah Maymunah bint al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray while I was opposite him, and I was menstruating, and sometimes his garment would touch me when he prostrated."
