Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20291 — a woman asked the Prophet ﷺ and said: O

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْخَلَّالُ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ابْنَةٌ لِي زَوَّجْتُهَا فَأَصَابَتْهَا الْحَصْبَةُ فَمَرَقَ شَعْرُهَا وَنَحْنُ نُرِيدُ أَنْ نُدْخِلَهَا عَلَى زَوْجِهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَعَنَ اللهُ الْوَاصِلَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْصِلَةَ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a woman asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! I have a daughter whom I have married off; she caught measles and her hair fell out, and we want to send her to her husband. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah has cursed the woman who adds hair extensions and the woman who has them added."
