Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20225 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever

حَدَّثَنَا وَاثِلَةُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ، ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنِ ابْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلْيُسَاوِي بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ فِي الْإِشَارَةِ وَالنَّظَرِ، وَلَا يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ عَلَى أَحَدِ الْخَصْمَيْنِ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ الْآخَرِ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is given the responsibility of judging between the Muslims, let him treat them equally in seating, in gesture and in look, and let him not raise his voice against one of the two disputing parties more than against the other."
