حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا فِطْرُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ أَيُسَبُّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيكُمْ؟ قُلْتُ: وَمَنْ يَسُبُّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَتْ: «أَلَيْسَ يُسَبُّ عَلِيٌّ وَمَنْ يُحِبُّهُ، وَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحِبُّهُ» .
Abu Abdullah al-Jadali narrates that Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "O Abu Abdullah, is the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) reviled among you people?" I said: "Who would revile the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)?" She said: "Are not Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and those who love him reviled, when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) loved him?"
