Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20030 — she said: Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went

It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went out of my house in the morning, he would raise his gaze to the sky and say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from going astray or being led astray, from slipping or being made to slip, from wronging others or being wronged, and from behaving ignorantly or being treated ignorantly."
