حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي لِحَافِهِ فَحِضْتُ فَانْسَلَلْتُ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ: «مَالَكِ أَنُفِسْتِ؟» ، يَعْنِي الْحَيْضَةَ، قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، قَالَتْ: فَشَدَدْتُ عَلَيَّ ثِيَابَ حَيْضَتِي، ثُمَّ رَجَعْتُ فَاضْطَجَعْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); she said: I was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) under the same blanket when my menstruation began, so I quietly slipped out. He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What is the matter, has your menstruation begun?" I replied: Yes. Then I put on my menstruation garments, came back and lay down with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
