Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19754 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Whoever touches

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا أَبُو مُسْهِرٍ، ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever touches his private part, let him perform ablution (wudu)."
