Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19623 — from Hafsah that when the mu'adhdhin

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the mu'adhdhin fell silent after the adhan, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would pray two light rak'ahs before the iqamah for the prayer was called.
