Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19620 — Hafsah told him that the Messenger

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) told him that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered his wives to come out of ihram in the year of the Farewell Hajj. Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: O Messenger of Allah! What prevents you from coming out of ihram? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have garlanded my sacrificial animal and matted my hair (talbid), so I will not come out of ihram until I have slaughtered the sacrificial animal."
