Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19618 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered

It is narrated from Sayyidah Hafsah bint Umar (may Allah be pleased with her), who relates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered his wives in the year of the Farewell Hajj to come out of ihram. Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: O Messenger of Allah! What prevents you from coming out of ihram? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have matted my hair (talbid) and garlanded my sacrificial animal, so I will not come out of ihram until I come out of ihram from my Hajj."
