Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19552 — from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased)

Sa'id bin Jubayr narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that concerning this verse, "Wicked women are for wicked men" [Surah al-Nur: 26], he said: Wicked speech is for wicked people. And concerning "Good things are for good men" [Surah al-Nur: 26], he said: Good speech is for good people.
