Aishah bint Abi Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with them both), wife of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) (he gave her the kunyah Umm Abdullah after Abdullah bin al-Zubayr; the mother of Aishah and her brother Abd al-Rahman was Umm Ruman bint Amir bin Uwaymir bin Abd Shams bin Abd Manaf bin Udhaynah bin Subay' bin Dahman bin al-Harith bin Abd bin Malik)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 19356 — the Prophet ﷺ married her three years

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ كَاسِبٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَزَوَّجَهَا قَبْلَ مَخْرَجِهِ مِنْ مَكَّةَ بِثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ - أَوْ قَرِيبًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ -، وَنَكَحَهَا وَهِيَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ، ثُمَّ بَنَى بِهَا بَعْدَ مَقْدَمِهِ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهِيَ يَوْمَ بِنَائِهَا بِنْتُ تِسْعٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married her three years, or about that, before he departed from Makkah, and at that time she was six years old. Then after he arrived in Madinah he consummated the marriage with her, and on the day of its consummation she was nine years old.
