حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ نَجْدَةَ الْحَوْطِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ حَذْلَمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، وجَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَا: ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، وعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ زَبْرٍ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو سَلَّامٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلْمَى رَاعِي رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «بَخٍ بَخٍ لِخَمْسٍ مَا أَثْقَلَهُنَّ فِي الْمِيزَانِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَاللهُ أَكْبَرُ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ وَالْوَلَدُ الصَّالِحُ يُتَوَفَّى لِلْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فَيَحْتَسِبُهُ»
Sayyiduna Abu Salma (may Allah be pleased with him), the shepherd of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Excellent, excellent are five things; how heavy they are in the Scale: There is none worthy of worship except Allah; Allah is the Greatest; glory be to Allah and praise be to Him; and a righteous child who dies, leaving a Muslim man, and he hopes for reward for (his patience over) him."
