حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، ثنا عَقِيلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ، قَالَ: «حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ، وَلَحْمَ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) made unlawful the meat of domestic donkeys and the meat of every predator with fangs.
