Abu Idris al-Khawlani from Abu Tha'labah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18774 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو عَامِرٍ الصُّورِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يُحَرِّمُ لَحْمَ الْحِمَارِ الْأَهْلِيِّ وَكُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Tha'labah (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) declaring unlawful the meat of the domestic donkey and the meat of every predator with fangs.
