حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِيسَى، عَنْ جُمَيْعِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ أَمْشِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي طَرِيقٍ مِنْ طُرُقِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَمَرَّ بِطَعَامٍ فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فَأَخْرَجَ عَلَى يَدِهِ طَعَامًا رَدِيئًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ غَشَّ»
Sayyiduna Abu Burdah bin Niyar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I was walking with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on one of the roads of Madinah when he (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a heap of food. He (peace and blessings be upon him) put his hand into it, and spoiled food came out on his hand, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever cheats is not one of us."
