Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18735 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: No
حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ نِيَارٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يُجْلَدُ فَوْقَ عَشْرِ جَلَدَاتٍ إِلَّا فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Burdah bin Niyar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "No one is to be flogged more than ten lashes except in one of the prescribed punishments of Allah."
