حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّصْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ الطَّائِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «يَنْفَتِلُ إِذَا صَلَّى، عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ يَعْنِي التَّسْلِيمَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hulb al-Ta'i (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed, he would turn to the right and to the left, meaning at the time of the salam.
