حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ الْعِجْلِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، كِلَاهُمَا، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، مَوْلَى بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ جُنَاحٍ، مَوْلَى الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرِ، وَلَيْسَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تَنْتَهِكَ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَالِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wathilah bin al-Asqa' (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The child belongs to the bed (i.e. the lawful marriage), and for the fornicator there is deprivation; and it is not for a woman to spend anything of her wealth except with her husband's permission."
