عبد الرحمن اليحصبي، عن وائل بن حجر
Abd al-Rahman al-Yahsubi from Wail bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18325 — from Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr; he said
حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بِلَالٍ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ قَالَا: ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْيَحْصِبِيِّ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ»
Abd al-Rahman al-Yahsubi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) giving the salam to the right and to the left until the whiteness of his cheek could be seen.
