Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18282 — he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْجُدُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ، وَاضِعًا جَبْهَتَهُ وَأَنْفَهُ فِي سُجُودِهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prostrating on the ground; in his prostration he (peace and blessings be upon him) would place both his forehead and his nose."
