Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18272 — he said: I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَضَعُ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ الرُّسْغِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) placing his right hand on his left hand in the prayer, near the wrist."
