Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1820 — The enemy seized the she-camel of a man

Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The enemy seized the she-camel of a man from Banu Sulaym; then a man from among the Muslims bought it, and its original owner recognised it. He came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him (that is, the original owner) to take it for the same price for which the buyer had bought it from the enemy, or else to leave the she-camel with the buyer.
