Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1806 — from Sayyiduna Jabir that the Prophet ﷺ

Tamim bin Tarafah narrates from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Some people must certainly stop raising their gazes to the sky in prayer, or else their gazes will not return to them."
