al-Sha'bi from Warrad, the freed slave of al-Mughirah, from al-Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَائِلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثنا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ وَرَّادٍ، مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ عُقُوقَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ، وَوَأْدَ الْبَنَاتِ، وَمَنَعَ وَهَاتِ، وَكَرِهَ لَكُمْ قِيلَ وَقَالَ، وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ، وَإِضَاعَةَ الْمَالِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, has forbidden you disobedience to mothers, burying daughters alive, and withholding (what one should give) and constantly demanding; and He has disliked for you idle talk, asking excessive questions, and wasting wealth."
