خالد بن معدان، عن المقدام
Khalid bin Ma'dan from al-Miqdam (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17773 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ» اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ، إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِأُمَّهَاتِكُمْ، إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِآبَائِكُمْ، إِنَّ اللهَ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Miqdam bin Ma'di Karib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah enjoins you regarding your mothers; indeed, Allah enjoins you regarding your mothers; indeed, Allah enjoins you regarding your fathers; indeed, Allah enjoins you regarding your closest relatives, then the next closest."
