Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17662 — There was a matter involving an oath

Iyad Abu Khalid said: There was a matter involving an oath between two of my neighbours, and the oath fell upon one of them. Then I heard Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath by which he seizes the wealth of his brother will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
