The daughter of Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) from her father
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17652 — I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْأَزْرَقُ، عَنْ بِنْتِ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهَا، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَا مِنْ وَالٍ وُلِّيَ عَلِي أُمَّةٍ قَلَّتْ أَوْ كَثُرَتْ، ثُمَّ لَمْ يَعْدِلْ فِيهِمْ إِلَّا كَبَّهُ اللهُ فِي النَّارِ»
Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is no ruler appointed over a people, whether few or many, who then does not act justly among them, except that Allah Almighty will throw him into the Fire."
